The Ops Audit is non-refundable once your report is generated — you receive the full strategy doc, agent recommendations, and wages-saved projection. If you proceed to a Starter or Growth build within 60 days, the $349 is credited toward the build fee.

The Cover Audit has its own guarantee: refund if findings are worth less than $1,500 of identified savings.

Agents keep running. Dashboard stays updated. Joshua (your AI chief of staff) is available for new agent requests and tweaks. API costs (Claude, Stripe fees, hosting) included up to a fair-use cap. No surprise overages.

No. The build fee covers everything — intake, agent design, dashboard build, integration setup, training session. The monthly fee covers ongoing run + support. No setup-on-top, no per-integration charges.

Starter: 7 days from intake-complete to live dashboard. Growth: 14 days. Holdco: custom timeline based on scope (typically 4–8 weeks).

The clock starts the day your intake is fully submitted. Most delays come from waiting on integration credentials (Xero, ServiceM8 etc.) — we’ll prompt you for what we need.

No. The intake is plain English. Joshua does the AI plan. We do the build. You get a 60-minute training session and a written runbook. If you can use Gmail and ServiceM8, you can run Nexes.

Every agent has a 30-day approval queue by default — nothing fires without your say-so. We tune based on real outputs in week 2. Anything broken is fixed inside the monthly fee. If after 60 days an agent still isn’t earning its keep, we replace it.

Yes. Month-to-month. No lock-in contracts. Cancel from your dashboard in one click. We’ll keep your data accessible for 90 days post-cancellation in case you change your mind.

You do. The dashboard is yours, the agent configs are yours, the data is yours. On cancellation we provide a full data export (JSON + CSV). The underlying Nexes platform code stays ours — you can’t take that — but everything specific to your business is portable.

Founder-owned, profitable, no investor pressure. But: contractual data-export clause in every contract, 90-day post-cancellation data window, and the dashboard can run for a fixed period without ongoing service if needed for transition. Belt-and-braces.

No. Nexes Sentinel is a diagnostic tool. We identify exposures and surface gaps. We never recommend specific insurance products or financial instruments. All findings are designed to be actioned by your licensed broker, accountant, or lawyer.

The icare workers-compensation system (NSW-specific) plus the NSW WIC schedule is the largest single dataset Sentinel cross-references against. VIC, QLD, and other state expansions are scheduled for Q3 2026.
